Susana Torre susanatorre

Susana Torre is best known for her many renovations and remodelings. Her works include:

  • 1979 - The Editor's and Graphic Designer's lounges in the Old Pension Building in Washington, D.C.
  • 1980 - The interior of the Consulate for the Ivory Coast in New York City
  • 1981 - A master plan for the restoration of Ellis Island in New York Harbor
  • 1982 - A turn-of-the-century carriage house in Southhampton, New York (This received an Award of Excellence of Design from Architectural Record)
  • 1985 - Schermerhorn Hall at Columbia University
  • 1987 - Fire Station Five in Columbus, Indiana
